On the other hand younger nannies are active, playful and can be more reliable specially in case of an emergency. Younger nannies will be able to do more work for you such as driving, house hold work, playing with your kids etc. Younger nannies will be able to take more responsibilities than the granny nannies. It can depend on your situation, what type of nanny you should hire. For a toddler granny nanny would be great as they are experienced and may not want to do lot of outside activities. But for a kid who do play and involve in outside activities younger nanny would be great as they are more active than granny nannies.
