Notice each nanny's responses to these questions. Apart from that, a nanny should not have any immoral activities such as smoking, using alcohol etc (specially during work hours). Check their identity by asking for multiple Identity cards with pictures such as passport, drivers license, school ID etc. Because it is easy to fake one identity card but not few. If you have any pets do not forget to check the nanny's attitude towards them as you do not want your pets to get kicked out when you are not in home. Nannies with children are not advised to hire as their first priority cannot be your child.
